my guess everybody is delaying leaving the service meeting - and this is an attempt to fix this.. that's what i see in our service groups - no one is in any rush to go out (again).
In my area there were 2 extremely old and frail ministerial servants who would defer to a pioneer sister (who was willing to place a paper napkin on her head) to do the daily text (from Mon thruogh Friday)... then, they would simply do the prayer and divide the group... On the weekends, the elders would then take over from A to Z...
I really thought this was just an isolated anomoly in my congo... But maybe this was happening a lot more frequently than I thought at other congos...

The actual quality of this "presentation" is really not important at all. What's really important here is to keep the presentation as brief as possible and then run like hell before you're asked any difficult questions that your dumbed-down JW brain is unable to process, much less answer... Really pathetic...
this is a report in spanish conerning david splane giving a prayer at a convention.. perhaps someone can translate it better, but google translate gave the following:.
during prayer, should no longer be necessary to bow his head in a mass meeting, as was splane throughout the prayer, head up, down, left and right looking at all tiers, not hiding in the least.. so splane is looking all around at the sudience while giving a prayer?!!!.
can someone confirm that is what the spanish text says?.
Allow me to translate... what that Spanish comment basically says is that David Splane looks around whenever there is a prayer in progress (not when he himself is doing the prayer). The second half of the comment is that David holds on to his wife very tightly while a prayer is in progress even after this practice has been banned by the WT...
these usually come out about this time of the year... does anyone have these yet?.
Looks like the Watchtower Corporation has kept a tight lid on the 2014 outlines... these 2 outlines are normally all over the internet by this time of the year... oh well, these will probably be the same old drivel anyway...
